Dzamling Gar Gönpa and Houses

Now, when donating to Gönpa project, you can also support your local Gar or IDC.

In the past a part of the Gönpa fund was used to restore the houses that were assigned to international Gars and organizations, as part of the larger Dzamling Gar project, with the agreement that the individual Gars and organizations would gradually repay the amount back.

Because all the Gars have their own financial circumstances, some houses has not repaid in full by now.
We are therefore inviting all practitioners and Lings to choose supporting one of the houses when donating to Dzamling Gar Gönpa.

Such a donation will support Dzamling Gar Gönpa and your local Gar or IDC at the same time. Once repaid in full, the Gars and organizations can start receiving income from their house’s rent.

We also invite members whose Gar houses are paid in full to choose supporting another Gar or IDC, in the true spirit of collaboration.
